Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location in Jasper National Park, convenient for exploring Icefields Parkway and local hikes.

The friendly staff.
The poor connection in Wi Fi as well as telephone, the distance from the city centre as most of the activities need to be booked from there. Also we had a problem of communication with the staff regarding rearranging our rooms and we had to stay in 2 separate rooms as a family not even connected.

The peace and quiet of the cabin in the woods except the room next door were having a bit of a party as they were very loud well into the night. The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent.
The room was cold when we first arrived (no heating was on in the room and it was raining very hard. Once it warmed up it was fine. The tv reception was not that good and not much choice of programs.

Clean and comfy rooms, with friendly staff who provided helpful day trip ideas. Refunded extra day when we left early. Convenient location for exploring Jasper and the Icefields Parkway.
Standard motel rooms at high prices. Better accommodations can be found in Jasper, which is only a short drive away.

Staff was very accomodating -- placed us in an upgraded room. Room was clean and quiet. Falls were very close by and beautiful.
Restaurant was overpriced and food was passable. Vegetables were prepared in a bizarre way-- half were dried out and way overcooked and other half were raw. Pork was dry and tough. Waitress was lovely.

The surroundings and falls were really beautiful and the staff at the resort were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were bright clean and comfortable.
We would have liked a choice of fine dining or lighter regular food as when we came we had already eaten a large lunch and did not require a full restaurant meal and this was the only option available, this would not be suitable for anyone with children.

My friends and I recently stayed at Sunwapta Falls Lodge for a few nights and had a fantastic time! The reception was incredibly friendly and gave us helpful suggestions for places to visit in the area. The rooms in the lodge were identical and perfect for our group of six. We were pleasantly surprised to find WIFI and a hidden fridge in the TV stand. The comfortable beds and beautiful surroundings made for a peaceful stay. The hotel staff were knowledgeable and always willing to assist us. The food at the restaurant was delicious and we especially enjoyed the fine dining atmosphere.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

We would like to compliment the staff on being very friendly and professional. They were a delight and we appreciate their help. Everything went well and we were pleased with our stay. Thanks again to the girls at the desk.
I found the restaurant too pricey.

Comfortable litte house
Internet was not working, but I could use the connection at the office station.Prices were high. You had to eat there, because there was no other opportunity and they know that.

The gift shop had a good selection of souvenirs. The room had a fireplace and a welcome gift basket. The mountain view from the room was great. The location was convenient for exploring the area.

The room was clean.
We thought the room was quite pokey and small. We thought it would be located in an area more distant further from the main road... but it was pretty much on the road. There are no other amenities such as pool, hot tub, lounge... unless you count the extensive gift shop. (A gift shop is not a big plus in my books!) There is a fairly expensive restaurant on site. No comments on that as we gave it a miss. Overall, we would not recommend this place.

The location was very good. The bed was comfortable.
The rooms are miniscule. Never have I seen such small rooms for that high price. The restaurant at Sunwapta Falls is very very expensive and not even worth the value for money. I would suggest anyone to eat at Jasper city and then come to stay at Sunwapta Resort

The staff at the lodge were very friendly and helpful. They provided us with a map and gave us all the information we needed to explore the area. The lodge is located in a beautiful village, surrounded by stunning scenery. We enjoyed taking long walks and admiring the natural beauty around us.
The rooms at the lodge were a bit outdated and in need of some renovation. The bathroom door in our room did not close properly, which was a bit inconvenient.

The fireplace in the bedroom makes it very romantic and useful since nights are cold! Good restaurant at the hotel ( good prices) and free internet point at the reception. Very kind and helpful staff.
